I typically start my day by checking on slack messages left for me by different Designers, Developers, Product Managers or UX Writers. Bundle has employees across Africa and this generally means people start their days in different time zones, so we all have to stay in sync.
Because Bundle is fully remote. Slack is very very VERY important.
The first meeting of the day is a design stand-up with smaller product teams. We have stand-ups at different times a week depending on how busy we are during our design sprints. I work closely with multiple designers throughout a product’s life cycle. It’s nice to get together with the whole group.
During the stand-ups, we share what we are working on, what priorities we have for the week, and any blockers we have. This helps get everyone on the same page.
